Why do I still see the chip after it has been repaired?
Every chip is different, some disappear, some show a scar. It’s all how the cracks in the chip broke. The chip repair process is a structural repair not a cosmetic.
How can I tell if the chip filled properly?
The best way to see if a windshield chip filled in, is too take a white piece of paper and put it inside the windshield. If the chip disappears it is filled.
What happens if the chip breaks after it is repaired?
1 in a 1000 windshield chips fail. If that happens the money paid for the repair is then credited toward a new windshield.
Do I need a garage to get mobile service?
No, as long as it’s not raining, snowing or below 20 degrees we can replace your windshield or any glass at your home, or business. And above 32 degrees for stone chip repairs.
